Today, BroadRiver is a complete turnkey Data, Voice, and Hosting services provider with owned datacenter facilities and CLEC operations spanning various markets throughout the Southeastern United States.

Company History

1999BroadRiver constructs its first 1100 square foot Tier 1 data center environment at our Hemphill Ave office location to provide collocation and web hosting services.
2002BroadRiver launches CLEC voice and Internet T1 connectivity solutions.
2002BroadRiver launches Hosted Cisco Call Manager unified communications product offering becoming one of the first providers of fully managed hosted voice over IP technology.
2003BroadRiver expands its data center footprint by building out an additional 1500 square foot Tier 2 data center environment at our Hemphill Ave location.
2004BroadRiver launches white label wholesale voice and Internet offerings.
2005BroadRiver deploys MetaSwitch Universal Media Gateway and Integrated Softswitch platforms to offer SIP VoIP termination and to enhance class 4 and class 5 voice feature sets.
2006BroadRiver acquires Atlanta based iVidia Solutions to expand its hosted Microsoft solutions and fax over IP offerings.
2007BroadRiver acquires the assets of LecStar Telcom and Fonix Telecom to further expand its line of voice and VoIP products and services.
2008BroadRiver opens a new 15,000 square foot Tier 3 data center facility on Curran Street in Midtown Atlanta.
2009BroadRiver becomes a VMWare Professional Service Provider deploying public and private cloud virtual dedicated servers
2010BroadRiver establishes partnership with Hatteras Networks to deploy Ethernet Edge Switching Platforms in central office wire centers launching Ethernet over Copper high speed Internet access solutions at speeds of up to 45 Mbps.
2010BroadRiver develops Tier 4 data center offering through partnership and a private cage environment in 2 million square foot Switch SuperNAP facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
2010BroadRiver is named on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America.
2011BroadRiver engages with Brightline to complete SSAE 16 (formerly SAS70) and PCI compliance audits.
2011BroadRiver is once again named on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America.
2012BroadRiver successfully completes SSAE16 (formerly SAS70) Type 2 SOC 1 Examination.
